For years, local activist groups have been fighting to save a critically endangered population of Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins in the Taiwan Strait. Industrial pollution is threatening to kill off these pink dolphins, known locally as Matsus Fish. This film, a Taiwan premier, asks the question: when will Taiwan start to take its environment seriously?
