首先，我們要感謝一路支持泰博移工的朋友們，無論是媒體報導還是現場聲援，都是對我們的重要支持。正如我們先前預告的，我們將在2/16除夕早上，前往勞動部舉行「祈福大會」，希望勞動部早日脫離「勞權已死」的加護病房、為基層的權益而努力。

先前我們強調過好多次，我們的要求既不過分也很單純，僅僅是希望有合法的權益、人性的規範以及工會的自主權。對不少台灣人來說，上述常識般的基本權益，在泰博公司內卻像觸犯天條與犯罪，讓我們被百般阻饒、刁難甚至羞辱…

在公司公告工會幹部被開除的那天，我們不停的啜泣、頻繁的拭淚，內心更是止不住的悲愴…我們不明白，為什麼這麼基本的訴求，卻讓公司不斷違法干涉工會，包括議員施壓、指使員工滲透工會、恫嚇工會會員，甚至讓我們的幹部姊妹全數被開除…？

雖然勞動部已承諾凍結泰博移工名額，但這並不足夠，因為泰博公司並沒有理會勞動部的聲明，而我們的姊妹夥伴、我們的工會幹部、我們的工會理事長，仍然因為被開除而流離失所。為了我們的權益，即使我們眼眶中仍然噙著悲痛的淚水，但我們不會再次忍讓，也不願公司繼續踐踏我們的尊嚴。

我們將在祈福大會上鄭重宣告：泰博工會將依法使用我們的罷工權利，正式發起「不定期罷工」！希望所有支持勞工權益的媒體與夥伴能一起在除夕早上，見證我們的祈福大會與罷工宣示。

New Year’s Eve Prayer Rally in MOL,
Official Announcement of the Sporadic Strike
First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the friends who have supported TaiDoc migrant workers along the way. Whether through media coverage or on-site solidarity, your support has meant a great deal to us. As previously announced, on the morning of Lunar New Year’s Eve (2/16), we will gather at the Ministry of Labor to hold a “Prayer Rally,” hoping that the Ministry can soon emerge from the “intensive care unit” of “dead labor rights” and truly stand up for the rights of grassroots workers.
We have emphasized many times that our demands are neither excessive nor unreasonable. They are simple and basic: lawful rights, humane regulations, and union autonomy. For many people in Taiwan, these are common-sense rights. Yet within TaiDoc, such basic demands are treated as if they were crimes, leading us to face repeated obstruction, harassment, and even humiliation.
On the day the company announced the dismissal of union officers, we could not stop sobbing, constantly wiping away tears, our hearts filled with grief. We do not understand why such fundamental demands have led the company to repeatedly and illegally interfere with our union — including political pressure from politicians, instructing employees to infiltrate the union, intimidating union members, and ultimately dismissing all of our sisters also union officers.
Although the Ministry of Labor has promised to freeze TaiDoc’s migrant worker quota, this is far from sufficient. The company has ignored the Ministry’s statement, our sisters, our union officers, and our union president; remain displaced after being dismissed. For the sake of our rights, even with tears still in our eyes, we will not yield again, nor will we allow the company to continue trampling on our dignity.
At the Prayer Rally, we will solemnly declare that the TaiDoc Workers’ Union will lawfully exercise our right to strike and officially launch an indefinite strike. We sincerely hope that all media and allies who support labor rights will join us on Lunar New Year’s Eve morning to witness our Prayer Rally and strike declaration.
