COP30前夕，由台灣十個關心氣候變遷的環境團體，發起11/1「為氣候而走——打造韌性台灣」遊行。提出三大韌性主題11項訴求。

COP30前夕，由台灣十個關心氣候變遷的環境團體，發起11/1「為氣候而走——打造韌性台灣」遊行。提出三大韌性主題11項訴求。

Ahead of COP30, ten Taiwanese environmental organizations have come together to launch the “March for Climate — Building a Resilient Taiwan”, to be held on November 1. The march will present 3 major resilience themes and 11 specific demands to strengthen Taiwan’s climate response.

氣候變遷的影響不只環境保護，在脆弱群體權益、勞工與產業公正轉型、多元文化保存、世代權益保障，各方面都需要更強韌的韌性。因此，本次遊行的協辦，擴大邀請勞工團體、社福團體、原住民族團體、青年團體等共同參與。

The impacts of climate change extend far beyond environmental protection — they also affect vulnerable groups, workers’ rights, industrial transitions, cultural diversity, and intergenerational justice. This year’s march expands collaboration to include labor unions, social welfare groups, Indigenous organizations, and youth alliances, reflecting the shared urgency for stronger resilience across society.

在極端氣候加劇、地緣政治風險升高、綠能開發爭議待解等挑戰下，我們呼籲大眾關注氣候危機的迫切性，共同守護下個世代的未來。

Amid worsening extreme weather, rising geopolitical tensions, and ongoing debates around renewable energy development, we call on the public to recognize the urgency of the climate crisis and join us in safeguarding the future for the next generation.

三大韌性主題11項訴求：

建構永續與世代正義韌性

Building Sustainable Resilience and Intergenerational Justice

1.強化非核減碳目標， 守護升溫不超過1.5°C的世界

Uphold Taiwan’s nuclear phase-out and raise decarbonization targets to keep global warming below 1.5°C

2.落實國土規劃與協作，建構公平綠能與氣候韌性

Implement land-use planning and coordination to ensure fair access to green energy and build climate resilience

3.善用生態專業與在地知識，共同保護、修復及經營生態系統與生物多樣性

Leverage ecological expertise and local knowledge to protect, restore, and manage ecosystems and biodiversity

4.履行兒少表意權，保障青年與未來世代的司法救濟及氣候決策參與權

Defend children and youth’s rights to be heard, to access legal remedy, and to participate in climate decision-making processes

5.落實污染者付費，促進產業低碳競爭力

Enforce the polluter-pays principle to enhance low-carbon industrial competitiveness

強化國家安全與自主韌性

Strengthening National Security and Energy Resilience

1.減少進口能源依賴，提升全民能源安全與自主

Reduce dependence on imported energy and enhance national energy security and autonomy

2.百工百業站出來，氣候調適護未來

 Mobilize all industries and sectors to adapt to climate impacts and protect our shared future

深化民主與多元文化韌性

Deepening Democratic and Cultural Resilience

1.實現不遺落任何人的支持系統，捍衛地方為本與勞動尊嚴的公正轉型

Build inclusive support systems to ensure a just transition that protects local communities and decent work

2.打造最小衝突的能源路徑，深大化綠能開發過程民主參與

Promote democratic participation in renewable energy development to minimize social conflicts

3.捍衛原住民族參與，自決土地及未來。

Defend the cultural and land rights of Taiwan’s Indigenous peoples and communities

4.拒絕戰爭加劇氣候危機，停止資助種族滅絕

 Reject wars that perpetuate the climate crisis and cease funding genocidal regimes
