大家好，我們是台大勞工社。我們很遺憾地要通知大家一件事情：原定於本週三晚間於台大總圖前舉辦的巴勒斯坦追悼會，因為與校方內部臨時有行政作業的問題需要處理，校方並因此聲明會視情況驅離學生與參與群眾，故明天的巴勒斯坦追悼會將延期舉行。

Hello everyone, we are the NTU Labor Club We regret to inform you of the following: the vigil for Palestine originally scheduled to be held this Wednesday evening in front of the NTU Main Library has been postponed. Due to an unexpected administrative issue raised by the university, the administration has stated that it may dispel students and participants should the event proceed as planned. Therefore, tomorrow’s vigil will be postponed.
We understand that this decision will cause huge inconvenience. We have already exhausted all possible alternatives, but none could guarantee that the event would be able to proceed smoothly without interference from the school’s administration. We will handle the necessary administrative procedures as quickly as possible and announce a new date soon.

我們明白這是件會造成大家無比困擾的決定，我們也已經窮盡了各種可能的替代方案，但皆無法保證如期舉行的話，能夠順利進行不受校方干擾。我們會盡快地處理行政作業，並盡快給出新日期。

【巴勒斯坦悼念晚會】

每日巴勒斯坦人被殺害與折磨的新聞畫面、持續上升的死傷人數淹沒我們。我們感到哀傷、挫折、憤怒，甚至開始麻痺自己⋯⋯但我們仍然拒絕忽視以色列對巴勒斯坦的暴行，我們拒絕把巴勒斯坦人的生命簡化為新聞報告的統計數字。

我們要在9/3晚上於台大舉辦巴勒斯坦的公開悼念會，哀悼在種族清洗與屠殺中逝世的人們。

我們哀悼、我們拒絕忘記，我們記憶那些被殺害的巴勒斯坦人，記得他們也曾有家人、曾有朋友，曾有夢想。我們也以記憶與哀悼反抗軍隊與主流媒體正常化種族滅絕與屠殺。我們的哀悼並不僅止於沉默，也向世界發出震耳欲聾的怒吼，一再地警醒世人：謀殺、餓死、燒死、壓死無數巴勒斯坦人，不是又一條我們能夠無視、能夠置身事外的國際新聞而已。

我們邀請學生、公民團體和所有關心這個議題的個人，以各種方式參與這場悼念晚會，你可以帶著哀悼物、蠟燭、海報、小誌等物件來到現場，也可以分享故事、感受與想法，你也可以讀詩、唱歌、行為藝術。總之，以你自己的方式和我們一起悼念與記憶巴勒斯坦人的生命。

Vigil for Palestine

We have been deeply affected by the news coverage and the rising casualties among Palestinians who have been subjected to slaughter and torture day by day. We feel saddened, frustrated, and resentful, and at times even numb. Nevertheless, we refuse to avert our eyes from the atrocities committed against the Palestinian people by Israel. We refuse to regard the lives of Palestinians as mere statistics in news reports.

To mourn those who have lost their lives in this genocide, a public vigil for Palestine will be held at NTU on the night of September 3.

We lament. We refuse to forget. We remember that those Palestinians who have been killed also had families, friends, and dreams. We harness our memory and mourning to resist the normalization of genocide committed by military forces and mainstream media. Our mourning does not conclude in silence; instead, it resounds loudly with resentment to the world. It warns that murdering, starving, burning alive, and destroying Palestinian homes cannot be dismissed as another headline to be ignored.

We invite students, NGOs, and all who care about this issue to participate in any way they find meaningful. You may bring signs of mourning, candles, posters, or zines, and share your stories, feelings, or thoughts. You may also read poems, sing songs, or perform art. Regardless of the form, please join our vigil to mourn and remember the lives of Palestinians in your own way.
