為爭取「駐美國台北經濟文化代表處與美國在台協會關於臺灣與美國間貿易協定」（簡稱「台美貿易協定」）的內容，保障雙方民眾的勞動和環境權益，由台灣許多勞工、環境及人權團體組成的「民間監督台美21世紀貿易倡議聯盟」，於112年5月24日赴行政院、立法院、美國在台協會陳情；向雙方政府提出對「台美貿易協定」的訴求，並主張行政院應遵守《條約締結法》，將「台美貿易協定」以條約案送立法院審議。敬邀各媒體先進蒞臨採訪。
