【投書】人權足跡—不公不義林宅血案

「公共議題與社會探究」是普通型高中公民與社會科的部定選修探究與實作課程。

聖功女中114學年度第二學期於高二進行《人權足跡》,是探究與實作第一次嘗試配合本校擴增雙語實驗計劃,採「中英雙語」授課,也鼓勵學生以雙語完成各項作業和產出實作節目。

這兩年,隨著社群媒體形式趨於多元,學生從IG、Youtube、Podcast,轉向在Threads經營並行銷粉專和節目,雖然可能引來異溫層的踢館,但也多了與社會對話的經驗和挑戰。

這一組學生的企劃案和實作的節目,剛好搭上日前因影視作品引發的爭議,在台灣社會所掀起「民主補課」的浪潮。她們藉助語言做橋樑,帶領觀眾重新梳理林宅血案的始末與政治背景,在Threads引發迴響,意外得到許多對高中生參與社會議題的肯定。不只補上這堂屬於年輕世代的歷史課,也給予她們承接轉型正義工程的勇氣。

即使學期已結束,甚至無關成績;但學生經過一個學期的探究所產出精彩的節目,希望能被更多人看到。於是自動自發趁忙完期末考和升高三前的暑假,再花一點時間整理。希望透過《公民行動影音紀錄資料庫》的曝光和擴散,讓年輕一輩了解到今天臺灣所擁有的自由,是前人所努力爭取而來的,並讓更多民眾認知自由民主的重要性。

作為授課老師,感動我們的高中生願意成為人權教育的種子,也盼望這是讓社會看到高中生關心台灣轉型正義的一點嘗試和綿薄心力的開始。

*故事架構

林宅血案發生於 1980 年 2 月 28 日。當時正處於「美麗島事件」大審期間,因案被捕的林義雄律師正遭羈押。當天中午,歹徒潛入林義雄位於台北市的住處,殘忍刺殺其家屬。林義雄 60 歲的母親及其兩名 7 歲的雙胞胎女兒不幸身亡,只有大女兒林奐均身受重傷經搶救後生還。儘管案發時住處受到嚴密監控,兇手卻能從容進出,導致此案至今仍然未能破案。

The Lin Family Massacre occurred on February 28, 1980. At the time, the major trial related to the Formosa Incident was underway, and lawyer Lin Yi-hsiung, who had been arrested in connection with the case, was being detained.At noon that day, assailants broke into Lin Yi-hsiung’s residence in Taipei and brutally stabbed his family members. His 60-year-old mother and his two seven-year-old twin daughters were killed, while his eldest daughter, Lin Huan-chun, survived after sustaining severe injuries and receiving emergency treatment. Despite the residence being under strict surveillance at the time, the perpetrators were able to enter and leave without obstruction, and the case remains unsolved to this day.

*研究動機

我們希望透過這次企劃,加深對白色恐怖時期的了解,因此選擇探究林義雄先生家中發生的林宅血案。林義雄先生因美麗島事件而受到牽連,遭國民政府監禁,與白色恐怖時期有密切關聯。因此,我們希望藉由了解他的故事,進一步認識白色恐怖時期的歷史背景,以及受害者所經歷的處境。

Through this project, we hope to deepen our understanding of the White Terror period by investigating the Lin Family Murders that took place at the home of Mr. Lin Yi-hsiung.

Mr. Lin Yi-hsiung was implicated in the Kaohsiung Incident and imprisoned by the Kuomintang (KMT) government, making his experience closely connected to the White Terror era.

By learning about his story, we aim to gain a better understanding of the historical background of the White Terror period and the hardships endured by its victims.

*從『民主補課』談林宅血案的歷史真相

近期因影視作品引發的討論,在社會上掀起了一股「民主補課」的浪潮,這反映出大眾對於過往歷史真相的強烈渴望。我們的節目正是在這樣的契機下誕生。我們不貼標籤、不流於情緒,而是希望透過理性的雙語節目,帶領觀眾重新梳理林宅血案的始末與政治背景,補上這堂屬於我們這一代的歷史課。

Recently, discussions sparked by a film have created a wave of “democracy makeup lessons” in our society, reflecting the public’s strong desire to know historical truths. Our program was born at this very moment. Instead of labeling people or letting emotions take over, we hope to use a rational, bilingual approach to guide our audience through the causes, process, and political background of the Lin Family Massacre. This is our way of catching up on a vital history lesson for our generation.

我們將集數分為四個部分,依序為:

第一集 美麗島事件概述(Overview of the Formosa Incident)

第二集 林義雄+林宅血案相關介紹(Overview of the Formosa Incident)

第三集 林宅血案對臺灣的影響(The Impact of the Lin Family Massacre on Taiwan)

第四集 電影世紀血案的相關爭議(Controversies Surrounding the Movie “The Massacre of the Century)

*設計理念

希望可以透過這次的企劃來了解林義雄先生家中發生的林宅血案發生原因、經過及案件背後的政治因素,題目取名為「不公不義」,並不僅是因為從林義雄先生名字中取『義』字,更是因為我們想要了解白色恐怖時期的真相,達到轉型正義的目的。

作為學校第一屆雙語實驗班的學生,在這一門以雙語授課的課程中,我們決定以中英雙語節目作為呈現媒介。這不僅是我們鍛鍊與精進英語實戰能力的絕佳機會,我們更希望透過雙語的橋樑,打破語言與文化的藩籬,將台灣追求民主與人權的歷史軌跡傳遞給更廣大的受眾。我們期盼在學習語言的同時,也能用實質行動參與歷史的平反,讓這份對正義的追求不再受限於單一語言。

We hope that through this project, we can gain a deeper understanding of the causes, course, and underlying political factors of the Lin Family Massacre that occurred in Lin Yi-hsiung’s family.The title “Injustice without Righteousness” is not only derived from the character “義” (righteousness) in Lin Yi-hsiung’s name, but also reflects our intention to uncover the truth of the White Terror period and to contribute to the pursuit of transitional justice.

As students in the Bilingual Experimental Class, we decided to create a bilingual program for this course. This is a great opportunity for us to improve our English skills in a real-world way. More importantly, we want to use both languages as a bridge to break down barriers. By doing this, we hope to share Taiwan’s history of fighting for democracy and human rights with a wider audience. While learning the language, we are also taking action to support transitional justice, ensuring that this search for truth is not limited by language.

在社群推廣上,我們採取 Instagram(IG)與 Threads 雙軌並進。運用 Threads 的擴散效應走出同溫層,成功創造了 1.0 萬次的總瀏覽次數。這次經營讓我們獲得了第一次與社會真正對話的機會,在 Threads 上收穫了許多脆友的理性反饋與愛心。例如,有同為高二的同學在留言區無私分享自身的研究經驗,並具體建議我們可以加入「國際影響」等更宏觀的切角;我們也本著嚴謹的態度回覆,說明團隊皆以相關組織官網的文本為主、進行多方比較,期盼呈現最客觀的資料。這次的嘗試不僅擴大了節目的影響力,這種跨越同溫層的雙向良性溝通,更是我們在傳統課堂中無法獲得的寶貴實踐經驗。

In terms of social media promotion, we adopted a dual approach using both Instagram (IG) and Threads. By leveraging the amplification effect of Threads, we successfully reached beyond our usual circles and generated over 10,000 total views. This project gave us our very first opportunity to engage in a genuine dialogue with society, earning us rational feedback and likes from the Threads community. For instance, a fellow sophomore shared their own research experience in the comments, giving us concrete suggestions to include a broader perspective, such as the “international impact.” We replied with a rigorous attitude, explaining that our team primarily relies on texts from official organization websites and compares multiple sources to present the most objective information possible. This attempt not only expanded our program’s reach, but this kind of cross-circle, two-way positive communication also provided us with a valuable practical experience that could never be gained in a traditional classroom.

*學習心得和總結

在這次公民與社會的探究與實作「人權足跡」課程中,我們這組選擇了林宅血案事件作為研究主題,透過蒐集資料、閱讀相關報導與歷史背景,對這段臺灣民主發展過程中的重要事件有了更深入的認識,也了解當時社會環境對人民造成的影響。在製作成果的過程中,我們不僅經營 Instagram 與 Threads 帳號,將整理後的內容分享給更多人認識這段歷史,也錄製音檔講述事件經過,希望能用不同媒體形式讓更多人了解林宅血案背後的故事,因為我們深信這段歷史不該被遺忘,而是應該被更多人知道與重視。

透過這次探究和實作,我們學習到資料查證、內容整理、社群經營以及口語表達的能力,也體會到尊重歷史事實與多元觀點的重要性。這不只是完成一份作業,更讓我們反思民主與人權價值的機會和經驗。

In this Civic Inquiry course, “Stories Told by the Media,” our group chose the Lin Family Murders as our topic. By researching information and learning about its history, we gained a better understanding of this important event and its impact on Taiwan.

We also managed Instagram and Threads accounts and recorded audio to share this story with more people. We believe this history should not be forgotten.

Through this project, we learned how to collect and organize information, manage social media,

and improve our speaking skills. More importantly, we learned the value of democracy, human rights, and respecting historical facts.
